ABOUT

Adrian

Collaborative - Engaged - Genuine

I am a nature lover at my core. In my spare time you can find me in the woods, going for a walk, or building furniture!

When I'm not on the trail, at my heart is my community and spending time with friends and family.

My appreciation for family and community has led to training and specialization in: relationship concerns, parenting or mom stress, loss & grief, queer/lesbian identity, women's health, couples, trauma, men's well-being, and anxiety. I firmly believe that support from a therapist or community is inherent to maintaining wellness and managing stress.

Psychologist in Atlanta for anxiety, stress, moms, parents, grief, queer folks, lesbian identified, men, social anxiety, relationship concerns, and more.
